All clubs are 'vulnerable'

Ebbsfleet United CEO Damian Irvine says that the Coronavirus pandemic has left clubs in the National League in an “extremely vulnerable position.” Speaking to the Non League Paper following the Fleet’s appointment of Dennis Kutrieb as first team manager, Irvine explained that those in high ranking positions at football clubs in the National League’s three divisions are in constant communication as uncertainty surrounding the near future continues. “There’s a lot of communication between the majority of National League, North and South chairman and CEOs” he explained. “The financial threat to a number of clubs without any revenue for the past 12 weeks and potentially into the future for quite a long time has a number of clubs in extremely vulnerable positions.”
